Resato MPS Manual Hand Pump
Resato’s new lightweight mini pump unit is available in four pressure ranges up to 1800 bar at 7 bar air drive pressure and 2500 bar at 10 bar air drive pressure. The Resato mini pump unit type MPS can be used for bolt tensioning and pressure testing. It can also be used for operation of hydraulic cylinders or jacks. A detachable hand lever ensures operation if no air is available. The weight of the unit is below 17 kg with a filled tank, which makes it easy to carry even on stairs. All components, including the required connecting materials and tubing are mounted in a solid plastic closed frame. The Resato mini pump unit type MPS is manufactured according to European regulations.

Resato RPS Gas Booster High Pressure System
Resato’s portable power pack type RPS is a self contained air-driven unit of proven design. Not only can it be used to pressurize valves, fittings, hoses, piping, vessels, hydraulic accumulators, and wellhead equipment, but it is also suitable for supply of hydraulic power to operate cylinders, presses, rams, jacks, bolt tensioners and actuators. Water, oil or an emulsion of both can be used as the high pressure medium. Other applications such as chemical injection can be carried out as the unit is suitable for a wide range of chemicals. The portable power pack is available with direct water feed or with integrated reservoir. The RPS as standard is available in 14 pressure ranges in a single-acting or double-acting pump configuration. As an option, the units can be fitted with a chart recorder. The resultant chart can be used as a test certificate.

Resato BMS High Pressure Testing Unit
Whenever high flow and high pressure are required, the Resato BMS pump unit will provide it. Resato’s air-driven high-pressure BMS units are specially designed to pressurize for example valves, hoses, piping systems, completions, safety valves and wellhead equipment. Quick testing or testing of large objects is possible with an optional high-flow / low-pressure air-driven pump. This extra pump can be a single- or a double acting pump. Water, oil or an emulsion of both can be used as a high pressure medium. The BMS-unit can also be used for chemical injection, because the unit has been made suitable for a wide range of (chemical) fluids. Please consult Resato for more information. The BMS-W can be connected to a water supply system. The BMS-D operates from a detachable stainless steel reservoir of 40 liters. A wide range of options is available for the BMS testing unit: a lid to cover the instruments, an engraved panel, an isolating valve, wheels, pad eyes, forklift pockets and stainless steel chart recorder. The chart (ø 223 mm) can be used as a test certificate.

Resato SLU High Pressure Hose Testing Unit
The SLU unit is designed for hose testing. The unit shown is installed at CASL. The hose is positioned in the test compartment and connected to a high pressure outlet and return connection. A sequence of hose pre-filling, de-airing, pressurizing and bleeding is performed without opening the cover. Quick object filling is performed via large orifice tubing and by-pass check-valve. The test unit is fitted with a Resato high-pressure pump. It provides continuously variable test pressure settings and easy operation. Pressure build up is automatically stopped when the set pressure is reached. The test pressure is indicated on a calibrated test gauge. The unit is ready-to-use and is especially designed for carrying out pressure tests on hoses, although other objects can be tested as well. The unit has an ergonomic and spacious stainless steel test compartment with cover, which is completely made out of an impact resistant window. The SLU is available in several test ranges up to 3.650 bar / 52,000 psi. Some units are designed for higher test pressures.

Resato BTS High Pressure Bolt Tensioning System
Resato has designed and delivered portable bolt tensioning systems (type BTS) to several engine manufacturers and engine service companies. These units are delivered as a part of a service package for (ship)engines. Also they are sold to service companies which are specialized in servicing and maintenance of (ship) engines. These units are used for accurate tensioning the bolts of the head of a (ship) engine. This will lead to an accurate and equal force on the head of the engine. Customers can be find in engine manufacturing companies, marine, shipyards, etc.

Resato DSTM BOP Wellhead Control Unit
Resato wellhead control panel. These hydraulic BOP control units have been designed to operate multiple BOP’s. The unit is easy to operate via a user friendly and well organized panel layout. It is equipped with a large capacity air-driven pump. There is an accumulator BOP backup per line. It is used for automatic charging of BOP accumulator skid. It is equipped with nitrogen accumulator overpressure protection. It is built with a fully stainless steel frame wet center hose reels (API 16D high pressure hoses).

Resato DSTM Chemical Injection Unit
Resato chemical injection skids are designed to inject chemicals like Methanol, glycol or water while operating in ATEX Zone I or II hazardous area. The self contained chemical injection skid includes a double high pressure / high flow pump setup with backup system to ensure reliable operation. It's designed for easy operation via the well organized panel layout. It is equipped with large capacity air-driven pumps; type high-pressure/high flow. It has a backup pump line, emergency shutdown button, electrical flow meter with panel mounted read-out, a wet center hose reel which enables easy operation of the machine. It is designed for offshore-conditions with a fully stainless steel crash-frame and is ATEX certified.

Resato HPU Workshop High Pressure Testing Unit
Wherever high-pressure hydraulic or gas testing is required, a Resato workshop test unit, type HPU will provide it. By making a selection from the wide range of our air driven pumps, valves and fittings, we can build a workshop unit that is fully according to your specifications and be integrated into your own test compartment or test bay with pressure ranges up to 5000 bar /72,500 psi (Computer controlled up to 10.000 bar / 145.000 psi).

Resato Containarized High Pressure Test Bay
The Resato containerized pressure test bay allows pressure testing equipment on site up to 38 ft object length, without the need of building a pressure test bay. The dedicated designed high pressure test system allows both hydraulic function tests on tools, as hydrostatic body tests, all operated from the integrated control room. Positioning the tool in the test bay is easily performed by means of the extendable overhead crane which includes one fully electric 3 tons hoist. Spilled test fluids are captured and collected by an integrated grid floor in the test bay. The filtration system in combination with reservoir allows recycling of the test medium. This complete pump circulation system is able to handle a wide range of fluids.
